Conduct and Manage the works :
We ensure the control and quality of the works carried out by regular visits and construction site inspections. Each week we write minutes of the construction site to formalise what is done, what is in progress and what to expect (it’s our guideline). The management of the execution of the works and the management of the project (follow-up of deadlines, compliance, security, etc.) are thus perfectly supervised.
Manage budgets and financial flows :
The mission entrusted to us implies great confidence on the part of our client. It is in complete transparency and according to the type of mandate chosen that the project manager is informed of all the financial evolutions of his project. The project manager can know the level of expenditure in real time.
Management of the technical works :
In the framework of the technical works, MOD Constructions guarantees the implementation of approved companies complying with the normative and regulatory obligations in Switzerland.
