MOD Constructions SA is a construction company that meets all requirements for new construction, renovation or transformation under traditional mandate (architect), general contractor or total contractor.

We intervene from the beginning of your project and we accompany you in your project approach and the construction process which includes all the processes from the first contact until the end of the warranty period. The Project Manager (PM) is brought/induced to make his choices according to a schedule set at the beginning of the project and thus, by iterative interactions, the project management establishes each milestone. MOD Constructions SA is mandated or contracted for part or all of this process, in collaboration with our partners architects, engineers and specialists from each trade.

MOD Constructions SA acts primarily as a Construction Directorate and is totally independent of any construction company and any supplier. We guarantee complete security and transparent traceability to the Project Manager, who is thus relieved of the entire risks associated with the execution of the works.
